PAYMENT METHODS
In the context of providing the best possible service and facilitating transactions with our company, we offer you the ability to make payments using one of the following methods.
1) Payment via IRIS, Credit Card, or Debit Card
For your better and faster service, our company, in cooperation with Eurobank, now offers the possibility to pay via IRIS, credit card, or debit card directly after placing your order, through Eurobank’s secure payment application.
In the case of payment with a credit card that supports installments, we offer the possibility of payment in up to six interest-free installments.
2) Payment via Bank Deposit
The IBAN accounts of the cooperating banks are listed below. The beneficiary is always displayed as “IOANNIS TAMIAS KAI SIA OE” with VAT number 081733060.

As soon as we receive the copy, we will begin processing your order for shipment. It is mandatory to include your order number or your full name in the payment reference.
SHIPPING
For shipping goods to your preferred location, we use Geniki Courier. This method ensures economical shipping for smaller parcels while also providing safe and fast delivery, completed within 1–3 business days (for shipments within Greece).
For larger parcels, for your own financial benefit, we recommend ELTA (Hellenic Post). Although delivery times may be slightly longer, ELTA ensures significantly lower transportation costs for your parcel.
(Shipments through Hellenic Post are collected exclusively by the declared recipient from the local ELTA branch specified in the order, as ELTA does not provide home delivery for parcels.)
For customers within Europe, we also offer the possibility of shipping orders via postal service. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the destination, as well as the volume and weight of the parcel.
Orders with free shipping from us for deliveries within Greece (for spare parts and accessories over €80) are always shipped using the most economical shipping method.
(Usually, shipment is carried out via Hellenic Post, which, although it does not provide home delivery, offers online tracking for your order.)
If you wish to use a different shipping method, this may be arranged upon consultation with us. In this case, however, you will be charged the full shipping cost without any discount from our side.
