However, this is not always feasible and depends on many unpredictable factors (screen settings, printers, etc.). Our website is continuously updated throughout the day in order to provide accurate information regarding our products, while we make every possible effort to maintain immediate availability for the majority of them.
• In the event that we are unable to promptly supply the selected product(s), we will inform you as soon as possible regarding the required delivery time. If the proposed delivery time is not acceptable, the charged amount will be refunded in full.
• The delivery time of products refers to the time required for us to receive the product from our supplier. If the supplier does not have the product readily available, the delivery time may extend up to twelve (12) weeks.

All prices listed on our website do not include shipping costs. Prices are displayed in Euro (€). The prices stated in your order confirmation are final and include packaging, shipping costs (for Greece only), and VAT.

Prices may change without prior notice at any time before your order is accepted. However, slight variations may occur due to production changes or delays in updating our database.

In the event that a significant error is identified in the description, specifications, photograph, availability, or pricing of a product or service affecting your pending order on IOANNIS TAMIAS AND CO GP (tools.tamias.gr), you will be informed accordingly and asked whether you wish to proceed with your order. If you choose to cancel your order after being charged, IOANNIS TAMIAS AND CO GP (tools.tamias.gr) will refund the exact charged amount to your card or bank account.
